Use this form to request deletion of your TWResidencyTracker account and all associated data.

Steps to Request Account Deletion

Enter the email address associated with your TWResidencyTracker account below
Optionally provide a reason for your deletion request
Click "Submit Deletion Request"
We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation email

Warning: This action cannot be undone. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.

Data That Will Be Deleted

Account Information: Your email address and encrypted password
Location History: All GPS location records and timestamps
Daily Summaries: Aggregated location data by state and date
Generated Reports: All residency reports created for your account
Purchase Records: Transaction history and entitlements
Notification Preferences: Your notification settings and schedules

Retention Period: We will process your deletion request within 30 days. During this period, you may still be able to access your account. After processing, all data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
